Training for the professional performance of Specialists in Administration of Human Resources in the Work Board of Pinar del Río

Abstract

The article offers a vision of the training process of specialists in Administration of Human R esources for the improvement of their professi onal performance in the Work Board in Pinar del Río . Theoretical referents are revealed through the appraisal of specialized bibliography . T hat , according to the authors, can facil itate the building up of the design and the implement ation of training alt ernatives that could have into account the characteristics and particularities of the context in which these are used.
