Abstract

Globalization and regionalization resulted in reconsideration of regional and global public goods emancipating public goods theory from national borders. İn this context, regional public goods is a concept emerging as a result of reconsideration of public goods theory on a level. Unfavorable results of negative spillovers in regional and global level outstretching the borders of nation-state has required regional public goodsto be reconsidered more seriously.
