Experimental data on chronic influence of ions of heavy metals in a dose of 2 EPC (extreme permissible concentrations) and of low-intensity irradiation in a dose of 0,25 Gr both separately, and jointly on transmembrane transport of K+ ions through membranes of rat brain cortex are submitted. The decrease of passive and active flows of potassium ions under the effect of irradiation has been shown, that, probably, is connected to disturbance of membrane transport functions. Under the combined influence of a mixture of heavy metal salts and of irradiation increase of passive permeability of K4 has been observed simultaneously with inhibition of active membranous transport, that can testify to exhaustion of compensatory capabilities of a cell on a background of structural-functional disturbances of a membrane
