Distribution of integristerone A, 20-hydroxyecdysone, ecdysone, 2-deoxy-20-hydroxyecdysone has been analyzed during blossom phase in East Asian species of Lychnis, Silene, Melandrium and Sagina (Сaryophyllaceae). The prevailing compound in a blossoming phase at Lychnis and Silene is 20-hydroxyecdysone. The maximum contents of the 20-hydroxyecdysone in investigated species is observed in the flowers.
