Right Judicialization to Health and key Taken by CNJ Measures for Settlement

Abstract

Conducts a study on the legalization of health. At the scope and complexity surrounding the issue, the central focus of the research is to investigate the main measures taken by the CNJ to resolve it. To accomplish this task, the right to health as a fundamental social right. Soon after, looking at its effectiveness in the Brazilian legal system and highlights the judiciary's role on the issue. For that, analyze the main measures taken by the CNJ, considering the recommendations and resolutions issued. To do so, used the deductive method of approach, through the techniques of documentary and bibliographical research.
