Important aspects of the methodic of using combined aerobics in the process of elementary school pupils' physical education.

Abstract

The projective model of system of physical education of pupils with using aerobic technology is scientifically proved. There are represented the theoretical and methodical statements of the methodic. The results of physical preparedness of 1200 pupils were used in this research. Established that the important factor of effectiveness of innovative physical educational methodic is scientifically proved possibility of optimal control of its stage structure.
