MOSCOW HOTEL MARKET: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS
Abstract
In the article there are analyzed the hotel market of Moscow, changes in consumer demand for the number of rooms in Moscow. The tendencies of profitability, utilization and pricing policy of Moscow hotels, belonging to different segments of the hotel market are explored. We consider the activities of hotels under management of international hotel operators, identified promising areas of their development in Russia, as well as the benefits of the operation of network service provider. The are named the national hotel operators who use the network management advantages for the development of their business.
