USE OF SOCIAL-PSYCHOLOGICAL MECHANISMS OF CORPORATE CULTURE IN PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF NETWORK GENERATION
Abstract
The article identifies the problems of implementing a competence approach in education in the context of the unpreparedness of students for professional development due to socio-psychological characteristics as representatives of the network generation. The solution can be a multifaceted use of socio-psychological mechanisms of corporate culture as a tool for socio-psychological preparation for professional activities.
