This article presents information about the negative impact of soil salinity, its content of anions and cations, such as chlorine, sulfate, sodium, magnesium, on the amount of humus and the amount of nutrients in alluvial soils of irrigated meadows of the Bukhara region.Under the conditions of irrigated meadow-alluvial soils of the Bukhara region, the amount of humus and gross NPP (Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium), control indicators, i.e. non-saline soils change compared to weakly, moderately and highly saline soils, and scientific justification for this is given.
