Effect of blood-letting acupuncture and cupping therapy in the treatment of herpes zoster (刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹疗效观察)

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of blood-letting acupuncture and cupping therapy in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods Totally 60 cases of herpes zoster patients admitted to our department between October 2020 and June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment, and the observation group was given blood-letting acupuncture and cupping therapy on the basis of the control group. The improvement of pain and rash symptom was assessed and compared between the two groups. Results The pain and rash symptoms of herpes zoster patients in the two groups were relieved, and the improvement of the observation group was better than the control group, with a significant difference(P<0. 05). Conclusion The blood-letting acupuncture and cupping therapy is potentially effective to improve the curative effect in patients with herpes zoster. (目的 探讨刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹的效果。方法 选取2020年10月—2021年6月科室收治的带状疱疹患者60例, 随机分为观察组和对照组, 每组30例。对照组给予常规西医治疗, 观察组在对照组基础上增加刺络拔罐治疗。比较两组患者疼痛与皮疹的改善情况。结果 干预后两组带状疱疹患者的疼痛及皮疹情况均有改善, 且观察组的各项改善情况优于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论 刺络拔罐能进一步提高带状疱疹患者的治愈效果。)
