The sensitivity to different clinical antibiotics of P. aeruginosa strains with different ability for pigment production (Carbenicillin, Levofloxacin, Ciprofloxacin, Cefoperazone, Imipenem, Meronenem, Amikacin, Gentamicin) has been determined. The moderate statistical association between chromogenesis and sensitivity to antibiotics for the majority of preparations has been found out, close correlation being noted for aminoglycosides.
