Eruptive syringoma is characterized by skin-colored, small papules that are very rarely seen. The lesions are benign; treatment is often unsuccessful. Recent investigations have suggested the role of autoimmune response rather than reactive proliferation for acrosyringium in the pathogenesis of eruptive syringoma. Although the association of syringoma with diabetes mellitus, alopecia areata in support of autoimmunity has been reported in the literature, there has been no report on coexistence of eruptive syringoma with vitiligo so far. Herein, we present a 29-year old female with bilateral nipple vitiligo and eruptive syringoma.
