Abstract

The article presents legislative requirements associated with shipping documentation for transportation. The author directed particular attention to the range of documentation standards required for the transport of dangerous goods and oversize freight. The conclusions of the summary are as follows: the exercise of jurisdiction and legislation in practice, with a particular regulating emphasis on the required documentation, constitute the evidence of professionalism and integrity of performed/offered services provided by transport /shipping companies.
