NETWORK-BASED TRAINING: A NEW PARADIGM OF THE NATO TRANSFORMATION PROCESS IN SUPPORT OF THE COMMAND AND CONTROL SYSTEM

Abstract

E-learning is the general term which defines the new educational paradigm, based on information and communications technology. The boundaries of e-learning are not clearly established. Most of the e-learning experts consider that this concept comprises all educational aspects which can be flt into the information age. From this perspective, we could meet a wide variety of e-learning solutions depending of the many variables and all are related to the specificities of institutional educational systems and their aims and objectives.
