Also, historical-comparative, chronological, source studies, textological and statistical methods were used. We were the first to perform a complex codicological, paleographical and musical source studies analysis of one set of the parted music which is included in the Kyiv collection of the parted music of the 17th-18th centuries. We clarified the dating of the manuscript according to the conducted filigree analysis. Conclusions. Kyiv collection of the parted music of the 17th-18th centuries constitutes a significant part of the Ukrainian church music heritage and has a significant cultural, historical and scientific value. Our comprehensive codicological study and detailed analysis of the content of the largest set of partbooks showed a wide variety of different genres and styles represented in Ukrainian partes music. The amount of ecclesiastical musical works included in the manuscript is valuable not only as a part of the spiritual and musical heritage of Ukrainian choral art, but also for the involvement of a wider range of researchers in musicological and cultural studies of national spiritual music, that in future will contribute to a deeper understanding of its phenomenon.
