Building the rule of law state in thinking of the communist party of vietnam
Abstract
Inheriting the basic of Ho Chi Minh’s ideology to build the state of the people, by the people, for the people with a strong legal effect, the Communist Party of Vietnam with its efforts, in the new circumstances, have added new knowledge and insights about the rule of law state. In 1994, after 8 years of innovation, the term “The rule of law state” has been officially put on the mid-term convention of conference VIIth of the CPV. The Socialist rule of law state in Vietnam continues to be shaped and asserted more and more clearly in The political programe to build the country during the transition to socialism in 1991 amended in 2011, and especially the Constitution of 1992 amended in 2013, which expresses clearly the point of view on building the State of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
