Postoperative nursing of a patient undergoing left-sided pneumonectomy for lung cancer (1例肺癌患者左全肺切除术后护理体会)

Abstract

This paper summarized the postoperative nursing measures for a patient undergoing left-sided pneumonectomy for lung cancer. Based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS), comprehensive nursing interventions such as exercise training, nutritional support, prevention of pulmonary embolism, pain control, prevention of postoperative complications and Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing interventions were carried out to shorten the rehabilitation time and improve the quality of postoperative nursing after lung cancer surgery. (本文总结1例肺癌患者左全肺切除术后的护理经验。基于加速康复外科理念, 实施运动训练、优化营养状况、预防肺动脉栓塞等护理措施, 完善疼痛护理、并发症的观察和预防, 配合中医护理干预措施, 旨在促进患者康复, 为提高临床肺癌术后护理质量提供参考。)
