Cystic lymphangiomas are rare benign vascular tumors in children. Their most common location is cervico-facial. Lymphangiomas most often appear in the first two years of life. The diagnosis can be prenatal. Treatment varies depending on the type of lymphangioma, but surgery is classically and mostly recommended. We report a case of a giant cervical cystic lymphangioma in a 5-year-old child which has been confirmed by histology and treated surgically.
