THE CONTENT OF LABOR CONTRACT UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF THE NEW LEGAL REGULATIONS

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of Federal Law № 90-ФЗ of June 30, 2006, which makes amendments to Article 57 of the Russian Federation Labor Code («The content of labor contract»), referring to the classification of the labor contract terms and employee and employer's data. The author gives suggestions on specifying certain terms of the labor contract.
