EDUCATIONAL PROFICIENCY ASSESSMENT TEACHING IS AN INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION
Abstract
The importance of teaching performance of teachers was analyzed by Century XXI Educational Model (MESXXI) in force in Higher Education Technology. The objective was to determine the performance of teachers in the teaching-learning process and the implementation of competency-based approach. Student surveys were applied, teachers and heads of department were interviewed the performance of teachers in the classroom was observed the findings revealed that most teachers prepares a course planning and didactic instrumentation. In most of the teaching methods described by teachers not looked specifically for the development of skills in students in learning activities in relation to the assessment targets a high percentage still performed in the traditional manner, that its only with a written exam.
