MOTIONAL RECREATION AS THE ISSUE OF MODERN PHYSICAL EDUCATION PRACTICE

Abstract

In this article the analysis of motional (physical) recreation notion and complex of problems have been characterized. Contradictions between comprehensive approach which was consolidated in the end of XX cen- tury and necessity of detailed study its physical nature are revealed. Motional recreation shouldn’t open in the general stream of leisure activity, but realizes in its peculiarity. In this article significance of exact term appli- cation in the sphere of motional recreation is based for the practice of physical education.
