Study the relation between class evaluation in two models of mechanistic and organic by teacher with students performance

 The Purpose of this research was to study the relation between class evaluations in two models of mechanistic and organic by teacher with students performance. Research method was descriptive correlative. To collect data, two self-made questionnaires that their validity were confirmed by experts, were calculated at 0.88 for teachers, and 0.85 for students. Students grade point averages were used as academic performance, and students class average as teacher performance. Statistical population included 2727 teachers and 49654 students in Isfahan six academic districts. Statistical sample was calculated using chachron's model and 161 teachers and 171 students were selected. Findings showed that from teachers point of views, there is relation between class evaluation and academic performance and also, between evaluation method and academic performance. Results indicated that teachers are satisfied with evaluation method and consider it as an effective factor on studen's academic performance. Students believe that there is a relatin between class evaluation and academic performance, but has no relation with evaluation method which is opposite to teachers views. Â
