Self-efficacy is an important psychological and motivational factor in breastfeeding and is a valuable framework for predicting breastfeeding outcomes and demonstrating a mother's confidence in breastfeeding. Breastfeeding Self-efficacy is a predictor of exclusive breastfeeding. The purpose of this study was to determine the determinants and their relationship with breastfeeding self-efficacy in Pringsewu District. Study design correlational quantitative used in 100 pregnant women in the third trimester and breastfeeding mothers of 0-6 months incidentals sampling. Mothers filled out the online questionnaire themselves which was distributed by the research team during April - July 2021. The results of the study showed that 67% of respondents had high breastfeeding self-efficacy. There is a significant relationship between education level, parity, employment status, knowledge, breastfeeding experience, observation of others, and husband's verbal persuasion with breastfeeding self-efficacy mother (p-value
