Development of an information system to improve the efficiency of custom production

Abstract

The article presents a study on the development and implementation of an automated information system (AIS) “Bicycles to order” to improve production efficiency. AIS automates key processes, including collecting customer requirements, managing production tasks, designing and monitoring production. It is expected that the implementation of the system will lead to increased production efficiency, lower costs and increased customer satisfaction. The study used methods for analyzing existing problems in the production of custom bicycles, designing and developing AIS, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of the implementation of AIS.
