The logic and the structure of a reasonable environment in the market of medicinal help as a basis of government regulation

Abstract

In clause the approaches to development of complex system of motivation of the participants of system of organization of the medicinal help are submitted which is directed first, on reduction of losses of a community caused by blocking of economic potential of the man at disease or death, secondly, of an expense for restoration of economic potential of the man should be economically expedient.
