RESPONSIBILITIES ABOUT AUDIT: REVIEW OF THE MANAGEMENT IN HEALTH PACT BETWEEN BRAZILIAN STATES
Abstract
The Health Pact presented a new proposal for strategic advancement and formalization in healthcare. In this moment, there was the necessity of signing the commitment management which gathered some of the commitments made by managers as auditing in health. The aim of this study is to analyze the performance of management responsibilities about audit in SUS in reference to the document among brazilian states. Documentary research was carried out from the data source available in the site of the Participatory Strategic Support / Ministry of Health. We observed satisfactory levels (80.77%) in meeting these responsibilities. However, it is necessary to greater commitment of management, once the audit has taken over the process of health reform, significant policy making in ensuring the principles of effectiveness, efficiency, effectiveness and economy.
