FEATURES, FORMS AND DISTANCE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract

In this article the question of formation of a new education system in Russia is considered. Introduction of distance learning in educational process considerably increases its efficiency. In article features of distance learning, a form of occupations are stated at distance learning, standard structures of System of on-line training and the Portal of System of on-line training are presented. For service on a commercial basis in the field of dis- tance learning on base the Internet some business models are offered.
