The entry into force of the LOE and LOMCE provides the pupils with disorders such as Graves of Conduct for Special Needs Education. While it is clear the use of different questionnaires and dimensional scales for detection of severe behavioral disorders, curiously Spain does not have a common detection instrument (Merchán, 2016). Questionnaire Indicators of emotional and behavioral problems (CIPEC) has proven to be an instrument easy to use (Merchán, 2009; RodriguezMateo, Luján and Mesa, 2012; Rodriguez-Mateo and Luján, 2013) and psychometric guarantees of reliability and validity and that allows teachers to report students who can present indicators consistent with TGC in this checks the CIPEC as an instrument for detecting behavioral problems and emotional disorders in all special education centers of the Canary Islands. With a sample of 471 students / as (population 530), a confidence level of 99% and 2% error, the results confirm that the teachers in special education centers is a good agent detection and identification the TGC. 5.5% of the population have TGC EEC, and 60% has no significant behavioral difficulties. There is a high overall reliability of the questionnaire (Cronbach’s alpha .95), and have been able to obtain adequate for each of the main factors compontes or reliabilities. It shows how there is a linear influence of the sum total of the questionnaire based on the final score. Finally, an adjusted model (R2 0, 955) is proposed with 12 items, significantly reducing the CIPEC.
