The cooperation understood as teachers` way of work is one of the levers that move on the inclusive education. In this article we try to rethink the education training as a key in order to progress inclusive education. It shows research evidences to attend the diversity into classrooms and it analyses some barriers on working variety among educators. With this work, our intention is promoting a working line only slightly established in our professional practices: collaborative work.
