According to the characteristics of massive data, system integration and management visualization of coal mine gas efficient control, this paper proposes the research idea of establishing coal mine gas big data management and analysis system based on GIS. On the basis of expounding the characteristics of gas data safety management, this paper designs the overall framework of the system composed of infrastructure layer, business data layer, service platform layer and application platform layer, and studies the technologies such as spatio-temporal data management, gas risk prediction and early warning, and one-map of gas safety management, and develops and realizes the corresponding functions, which provides an important support for coal mine gas safety management.
