PROCEDURE OF DISCUSSING OPTIONS IN COLLECTIVE DECISION- MAKING

Abstract

Some aspects, related to the decision-making Council procedure of discussing projects presented for the competitive formation of the investment portfolio with informatization, aiming to minimize the time expenditures of persons involved, are investigated. It is also investigated the similar procedure of discussing candidates for election to posts by contest. It is proved that the discussion in question in most cases must, and in some cases may be done in order of the increasing number of candidates of the subdivisions / executors of respective projects.
