The aim of the study is to examine the relationship between health indicators and labor productivity. In the study, by using health and labor productivity data from twenty-six member countries of the European Union, the relationship between health indicators and workforce productivity variables was analyzed using the multivariate statistical analysis technique, canonical correlation analysis. Before starting the canonical correlation analysis, the data set and assumptions were tested and it was observed that the variables showed a multivariate normal distribution. The first and second canonical variables were found to be statistically significant among the four canonical correlation functions obtained as a result of the canonical correlation analysis. The first canonical correlation shows a high degree of correlation between the two data sets with the value of 895. The second canonical correlation shows that there is a moderate correlation between the two data sets with a value of .690. The variables that contribute the most to the first canonical pair of variables (U1V1) are Chronic Illness and Labor Cost per Hour The variables that contribute the most to the second canonical pair of variables (U2V2) are Per Capita Health Expenditure and Unit Labor Costs by Working Hours. When the findings were evaluated, it was concluded that there was a significant and positive relationship between health indicators and labor productivity.
