Traumatic injury of median nerve consists from 20% to 35% of all injuries of nerves of upper extremities. This nerve is the main for arm and fingers flexors innervation. Symptoms of median nerve traumatic injury depend on it’s level, character and mechanism of trauma. Vegetative and trophic disturbances are most frequent in combined injuries. The pain syndrome is one of the principal clinical symptoms component of such injury. The complex regional pain syndrome is observed more frequently in median nerve injuries. It is necessary to use modern methods of investigations together with MRI for treatment results improving.
