Abstract
After ending the recruitment and selection, the candidate selected by the recruitmentprocess is employed, and between him and the organization develops a complex system ofinfluences. These complex networks of interactions are subject to less manifest componentof human resource management, and therefore incomplete or sporadic form of developmentprograms introduced in the organizations.
