Abstract

Modern facilities of renewal of physical capacity of sportsmen are considered in different periods of training process. It is rotined that the concrete choice of restoration facilities is determined the type of sport, training period, its mode. It is set that effective renewal of sportswomen consists in the construction of rational correlation of trainings and restoration facilities. Classification of restoration measures is offered in combination of pedagogical, psychological and medical biological facilities.
