IMPROVEMENT OF FINANCING OF DEVELOPMENT OF SMALL AND MEDIUM BUSINESS

Abstract

In the article a condition of development of small and medium business in Russia, problems of his crediting, overall performance of the Agency of Credit Guarantees, Russian bank of support of small and average business (MSP-bank), the microfinancial organizations (IFIs), advantage of the created Federal corporation of development of small and average business are considered, suggestions for improvement to crediting of MSB are formulated.
