THE EXPERIENCE OF UnASM: THE FORMATION OF HUMAN RESOURCE FOR RESEARCHING OF ALL CYCLES OF HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract

Through this research there is proposed an analytical description of the University of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova experience in training and Human Resource development for field research, innovation. Integrating the training process with the process of research, throuth extracurricular activities, organized separately for different types of studies and fields of interest. Also, UnASM managed to increase the interest in research and the research careers among students and form the competencies in research.
