STRATEGY OF DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY IN THE AGRICULTURE ORGANIZATION

Abstract

Development of a strategy aimed at development of innovative activities set out in a number of priority tasks of economic policy of Russia. In this regard, the experience of developed countries in shaping the innovation environment and stimulation of innovative activity may be complementary in the development ofprograms of innovative development of Russia and development of optimal innovation strategy. Based on the experience of developed countries identified the following directions of strategy of development of innovation activity in agriculture: development of a long-term program for scientific and technological development of national economy by sectors; the establishment of an effective financial mechanism and economic incentives of innovative activity in agrarian sector of economy; creation of structural units of the state authorities performing the functions of information collection, promotion of scientiic development; attracting private andforeign investment to Finance research and development activities; comprehensive state support of small and medium innovation business; reduction of administrative barriers; promoting the active procurement of R & d results abroad; development of system of insurance of investments in R & d; creation of innovation infrastructure; improving the system of education and training, is ready to innovations and able to implement the principles and objectives of modern innovation strategy in the agrarian sphere.
