Analyzes regarding the elderly as subject of education and social activity are situated in the field of interdisciplinary research on subjectivity. The aim of the article is to present solutions regarding the social integration of older people. For this purpose, it is necessary to adopt the assumption of an elderly person as a subject of activities. In the analyzes carried out, the author uses a combination of pedagogical, sociological, psychological and philosophical perspectives based on the subjectivity of the human individual and those derived from the philosophy of human rights.
