A bending study was carried out on samples of rectangular cross-section made of structural steel 10Г2 (10G2) after laser hardening and laser alloying. It has been established that the presence of a laser impact zone leads to an increase in the elastic work area of the samples within 20–30 % in accordance with the implemented material processing mode and an even more significant increase in the level of perceived maximum load.
