The checking over not permanent territorial transformations taking into account the amendments made by simplification law by decree

Abstract

The article concerns the commentary to some of the rules included in article 10 d.l. n. 76/2020, convert in l. n. 120/2020, about simplifications and other building measures referred to the checking over not permanent territorial transformations. Calling incidentally to mind the other changes carried out by the recent law, new rules are specifically examined affecting seasonal and temporary buildings, installations made in campsites and similar open accommodation facilities, temporary uses of buildings and areas different from town planning or permission, movable structures placed in artistic or historical streets or squares.
