Due to the degree of perish and changed business activities conditions after the WWI, a lot of banks in the area of Serbia were not able to continue their business activities. In order not to be liquidated, many monetary institutions entered different ways of new situation adaptation, and one of them was the fusion with another monetary institution. That way followed the oldest Vranje's monetary institutions, Vranje's Shareholding Saving Bank and Vranje's Cooperative for Mutual Assistance and saving, which fused themselves into Vranje's Credit Bank Joint-stock company. The new-founded monetary institution founded its business activities on the credit of small businessmen as per short-time drafts and its business during the 20s of the 20th century had been successful so that the shareholders of this bank enjoyed a decent dividend. The structure of clients of the Bank started getting changed from 1925. where, due to the delay in business of traders and craftsmen, farmers are mostly becoming clients. The outbreak of banking-agrarian crisis in the Kingdom of Yugoslavia in 1931. led to the withdraw of saving deposits from banks and the impossibility of payday of loans from peasants due to the passing of the Law on the Protection of Farmers in 1932. The work of many banks including Vranje's Credit Bank as well had been paralyzed so that the banks themselves were forced to look for protection. From practical point of view, it meant they had been disabled to perform serious activities, and that their work reduced to the claims collection from the Privileged Agrarian Bank as per the farmer's drafts and payments of saving deposits to the creditors.
