LES DIFFICULTES DE FINANCEMENT DES PME MAROCAINES: VISION CRITIQUE SUR DES DISPOSITIFS DE FINANCEMENT

Abstract

. The financial system Morocco has placed at the disposal of the SME’s of the products of diversified funding. However the problem of access to finance remains a complex phenomenon and topical. The aim of the present article is to provide a critical view on the main financing mechanisms of Moroccan SME’s. This study has allowed us to highlight the Revue Économie, Gestion et Société N°19 août 2019 http://revues.imist.ma/?journal=REGS ISSN: 2458-6250 1 public policy mechanisms to support and overcome the difficulties of access to financing suffered by Moroccan SMEs. The methodology followed consists of a statistical analysis of data retired from the OECD, the ministry of industry, the ANPME and other agencies and scientific studies that have already addresses the questions about the access difficulties for SME’s Moroccan financing.
