Abstract Mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD) is characterized by a mixture of clinical features. The initial presentation is often incomplete, and the features of MCTD usually develop as the disease evolves. We present a 37‐year‐old female patient with overlapping symptoms. The most plausible diagnosis was MCTD.
