Mysterious migration of a retained pacing wire
Abstract
An uncut epicardial pacing wire migrates and reaches pulmonary artery after 4 years. As if this was not enough it gets infected and leads to pyrexia of unknown origin. We herein report this case and discuss retrieval of migrated pacing wire.
