Abstract

There is assumption in the paper that in the new phase of social development new qualitativefactors – the development of technology, the qualitative growth of human capital, newinstruments for stimulate the development, and the efficiency of public organizations – playthe more important role. In this context the attempt was made to mark out the responsibility ofthe entrepreneurship for forming the information society.
