The goal of this work is to understand if behavioral and social changes have been happening in the organizational environment due to the aging process, based on the perception of the elderly administrative technician at Federal University of Viçosa, as well as, verify the interferences of those changes in the Wo rk Life Quality (WLQ). The sample consists of 122 workers in intermediate level and 27 in advanced level. The research can be categorized as descriptive - explanatory, based on a case study, and the data were collected by semi - structured interview and a ques tionnaire. It was verified that a small percentage of workers have realized some changes, as well as: better treatment by the leadership due to their experience and confidence acquired, better relationship, more safety to accomplish their job, change in th e work group interests. However, these changes were understood positively by the most of them in the WLQ showing, in general, satisfaction with the global life quality in the work organization at UFV.
