This paper aims to describe the implementation of a reference model adapted to industrial design projects of Inventorio - Junior Enterprise of Design and Fashion at Udesc. By the proposal coordinator work in pursuit of that goal involved the guidance of the members of the Board of Industrial Design company on projects that were conducted during the term of an extension project, to add their experience and knowledge as a professional in the area and acting teacher. In parallel to that offered support, was prepared graphically a project template that standardizes the steps and therefore meets the diverse needs of customers, supporting current and future members of the Board of Industrial Design in the design and execution of projects. It is expected that the relationship between teaching, research and extension of this project provide results that will extend benefits to the public of the proposal, namely the members themselves junior enterprise, seeking to carry out their project activities with greater professionalism and quality. In turn, these benefits will be reflected to customers of Inventorio and the whole community can rely on the company's services
