ADAPTATION OF A MODEL OF RESOURCES ALLOCATION BETWEEN PORTFOLIO PROJECTS IN TERMS OF ITS USE IN CONSULTING IT-COMPANIES
Abstract
The article is devoted to the model of resources allocation between portfolio projects in consulting IT-companies. The adapted model for consulting firms introducing enterprise information systems is represented. The author offers to use expert estimations of employee competence to his work status to assess labour inputs of projects.
