CD3 depleted haploidentical stem cell transplant in paediatric acute undifferentiated leukaemia

Abstract

Acute undifferentiated leukaemias are rare and can be difficult to treat. Historically due to confusion in nomenclature and the lack of clarity in defining these rare leukaemias there is paucity of data and reports on outcomes for this small group. We present a case of a teenager who was successfully cured following salvage chemotherapy and a CD3 depleted haploidentical stem cell transplant.
